SQUASH HOUSE
is a sculptural sports arena and greenhouse. This community space designed by artist Graem Whyte and architect Charlie O’Geen is centered around squash – the sport and the vegetable. Since utilities were cut when slated for demolition, the renovated structure will also sport a grey water system. Space will be available for fitness and wellness workshops as well as gardening groups, with neighborhood seed and plant exchanges taking place here.
